Can I keep my domain name when I change a host?
Yes. We work with your existing domain and move your mailboxes over without interruption. If your domain is with another provider we connect it all the same, and if you prefer, we transfer it to us.
Does website design affect SEO?
Yes, in both directions. A redesign that changes page addresses without redirects can lose rankings; one done properly usually improves them. We keep the addresses that are already indexed or redirect each one to its new equivalent, we keep the titles that already work for you, and the new site loads faster on mobile, which Google takes into account.
How do you redesign a website?
We start from your current site, whatever it's built with: WordPress, a builder like Wix, or older HTML. We rescue your content, rewrite it with the words your customers search for and rebuild it in a new design. Then we show you the redesigned website on a real link, you ask for any changes, and only once you approve it do we switch your domain over and start billing. If you're not convinced, there's no charge.
How long does a website redesign take?
3 to 5 working days for a business website, and up to 10 for large sites of 25 pages. Your current website stays live in the meantime.
